Any Orion Global customer can call us for refunds under following conditions:

  • Within 30 days of purchase any customer is eligible for refunds.
  • Post 30 days refunds and termination will be totally based on services provided in the past.

All customers are requested to mention your reason for refunds. Under any circumstances if we are not able to resolve the problems, scenario will be discussed with you, and will determine that refund is necessary. Immediate refund request will be initiated if customer is not satisfied with the explanation. All refunds would be credited within 7-14 working days after the acceptance of refund request.

We may change our fee structure charges and, add or introduce new charges accordingly. A prior notice will be sent to customer. Products, software or any application which belongs to third party will be non refundable.
